Upon verification, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). An RMA is valid for 30 days. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF INVOICE AND EXTENDED WARRANTY POLICY Any items returned or exchanged that are not defective will be charged up to 20% of the item price as a restocking fee. Some customers choose to order back up cartridges that might not be used within the 60 day window.
